Product Description

The BMW N20B20 is a 2.0-liter (1997 cc) 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine introduced in 2011, designed to replace the naturally aspirated N53B25 and N53B30 engines. Constructed with an aluminum alloy block, the engine features steel-coated cylinder walls, an internally balanced forged crankshaft with four offset counterweights, and dual balance shafts for smoother operation.

Equipped with direct fuel injection, Valvetronic variable valve lift, and TwinScroll turbocharging, the N20B20 delivers a wide range of outputs depending on tuning:

Power output: 156hp 5000 rpm/184hp 5000 rpm/218hp 5500 rpm/245hp 5000 rpm

Torque: 240Nm/270Nm/310Nm/350Nm

This engine was used widely across BMW's lineup, offering strong performance and efficiency in models ranging from the 1 Series to the 5 Series.
