The Peugeot XU7JP (LFZ) is a 1.8-liter 8-valve engine produced from 1992 to 2002 in France, after which its production continued in Iran, where it is still used in local Samand models. This power unit has two main versions: the standard XU7JP rated at 90 hp and the more powerful XU7JB rated at 100 hp (74 kW; 101 PS).
