Product Description

The 2.2-liter Hyundai D4HB diesel engine, also known as the 2.2 CRDi, has been assembled in Korea since 2009 and is used in a variety of popular models such as the Sorento, Santa Fe, and Carnival. This engine produces 193–200 PS (142–147 kW; 190–197 hp) at 3,800 rpm and 44.5–45 kg⋅m (436–441 N⋅m; 322–325 lb⋅ft) of torque between 1,750 and 2,750 rpm. A detuned version is also offered, delivering 177 PS (130 kW; 175 hp) at 3,800 rpm and 44.5 kg⋅m (436 N⋅m; 322 lb⋅ft) of torque between 1,500 and 2,500 rpm.
