Product Description

The Mercedes M276 DE35 is a 3.5-liter (3,498 cc) naturally aspirated V6 engine with a bore and stroke of 92.9 mm × 86 mm. It has three output variants. The first, featured in the C350 BlueEfficiency, produces 215 kW (292 PS) and 365 N·m of torque with a 12.2:1 compression ratio. The second, higher-output version delivers 225 kW (306 PS) and 370 N·m, and was used in models like the S350, CLS350, ML350, E350, R350, C350, and GLK350. The S400h hybrid also used this engine paired with an electric motor.

A lower-output variant was used in the C300, E300, and S300, producing 185 kW (251 PS) and 340 N·m of torque. These naturally aspirated versions of the M276 DE35 were produced between 2010 and 2017 and powered many modern Mercedes models, including the W205 and W222.
