Product Description

The 2.3-liter Nissan VQ23DE (VQ23 for short) is a naturally aspirated V6 gasoline engine produced by Nissan Motor Corporation from 2003, developed as a smaller-displacement variant within the VQ family to replace earlier low-output V6 options. It was installed exclusively on the Nissan Teana and its clones, delivering 173 PS (127 kW; 171 hp) at 6000 rpm and 225 N·m (166 lb·ft) at 4400 rpm. With a displacement of 2.3 L (2349 cc), an 85 mm × 69 mm bore and stroke, and a 9.8:1 compression ratio, this engine features CVTC (Continuously Variable Valve Timing Control) on the intake camshaft, providing smooth and efficient performance for mid-size sedan applications.
